Just Bounce Trampoline Competitive Team 2016-2017

Just Bounce Trampoline Club is home to a competitive team that strives for excellence. We are home to countless Ontario & Canadian Championship titles as well as Ontario Team & Canadian Team Members.

Programs range in commitment from 4 hours per week up to and including 15 hours per week. All participants must be a minimum of 7 years of age to try out. There is no fee for this tryout.

WE HAVE 4 COMPETITIVE ATHLETE STREAMS

  • Interclub – Focus: Learn to Train

    This is an introduction to trampoline as a competitive sport. These athletes will be jumping two days per week and will have the opportunity to represent Just Bounce at local Interclub competitions. There will be increased focus on technique and routine building while having fun!

  • Provincial Stream – Focus: Perseverance

    Athletes who are competing in the Provincial stream will be training 3-4 days per week. There is a strong focus on excellence at this level. All Provincial athletes will be competing at three Ontario Cups throughout the year, for the opportunity to represent Just Bounce at the Provincial Championships. They will also be competing to represent Ontario at the Eastern Canadian Championships.

  • National Stream – Focus: High Performance Excellence

    National level athletes will be training a minimum of 4 days per week. National level athletes will be competing at the Ontario Cups throughout the year for the opportunity to represent Just Bounce at the Provincial Championships and to represent Ontario at National Championships. Those who qualify for National Championships may further attempt to qualify for International competitions.

  • Masters Program – Focus: Train for Life

    This program is designed for Adults (age 18+) who are interested in a recreational-competitive experience. These adults are encouraged to train two days per week and will have the opportunity to represent Just Bounce at local Masters Competitions. There will be increased focus on technique and routine building while having fun!
